our story
The End of Line Food Truck Park's journey is a blend of passion, persistence, and the unique combination of diverse talents. Cory's initial spark began during his senior year of college when he built a hot dog cart as a mechanical engineering project. Although his career led him to architecture and design-build work, the dream of bringing food to hungry crowds stayed with him.
Aisha, on the other hand, grew up immersed in the food industry through her family’s restaurants and worked in several others to support her college education. While she later found success in healthcare and now owns and operates her own clinic in Fairbanks, her passion for good food and entrepreneurship remained. This shared love for food, community, and entrepreneurship, along with their individual expertise, inspired Aisha and Cory to create Fairbanks' first food truck courtyard.
Together, they saw an opportunity to not only create a dynamic space for local food vendors but also to contribute to Fairbanks' thriving culinary scene, no matter the season. By using shipping containers for construction, they struck a balance between modern design and the pioneering roots of their Alaskan community, ensuring the space would be both a functional hub and a tribute to the area’s history. The result is a food truck park that invites a variety of culinary experiences in a space that celebrates community, innovation, and local pride.
